About Action Valuation Services

With over 24 years of experience in real estate valuation, Action Valuation Services provides reliable, well-supported appraisal services throughout South Florida’s tri-county region. As a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, I am qualified to appraise both residential and commercial properties, with extensive experience across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties—areas where I have also lived and worked firsthand.

My background includes a wide range of property types, from high-end waterfront estates along South Florida’s coastal markets to luxury custom homes, equestrian and ranch properties, as well as industrial facilities, apartment complexes, and office buildings. I have also completed numerous assignments involving proposed developments, including new residential communities and condominium towers, providing forward-looking valuation insights where market data is limited.

Prior to independent practice, I served as a Team Lead in Quality Control at CoreLogic, working on a GSE repurchase program involving forensic-level appraisal reviews. This role required detailed analysis of appraisal reports, adherence to strict secondary market standards, and the ability to identify valuation discrepancies under heightened scrutiny. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Office and Condominium Appraiser with the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office, gaining in-depth knowledge of mass appraisal techniques, local market trends, and property data systems.

All appraisal services are performed in full compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), with a focus on delivering credible, defensible results tailored to the needs of clients including attorneys, lenders, investors, and private parties.
